A Playlist to Help You Deal with Anxiety

I am excited to share the news that I am officially a wellness writer for one of my favorite media companies, More PLS Media! More PLS is huge on dissecting brands, showing you more than surface level so that you can form a true connection and understanding of your favorite brands. We report and create stories inspired by brands with dope messages. I am sooo grateful and excited to be a part of this team!

More PLS is a media company who's goal is to remind us that no matter what your talent, skill or passion is - you have something useful to add to your community.

My first contributing piece combines two of my loves: wellness and music. I created a playlist to help you deal with anxiety. I notice when I'm going through whatever emotions I may be facing, listening to music that connects with that mood makes me feel my best. Iโ€™m sorry, but when Iโ€™m sad, Iโ€™m not gonna play Happy by Pharrell. I love Pharrell, Ima just get pissed off, because thatโ€™s not my current mood, haha. I actually come out brighter and feeling less heavy when I listen to music that resonates with my current state, or at least something that inspires me, versus something I can't relate to at the moment.
